💚 Over the last several years, I've held thousands of Breathwork and divine Transmission classes weekly. These classes have taken a prominent space in my life, and I've seen thousands of people have massive transformations over Zoom.

✨ The mission is to now guide you in healing yourself through the breath and fascia Manourviers to clear stress, trauma, and pain we hold in our bodies, but have some fun doing it!

🔷 I am now super excited to bring my online classes back on an even bigger scale. Adding @humangarage fascia Manourvers and the Pure Breathwork techniques, plus a Divine transmission, healing, and meditation at the end, is something unique and powerful. No one is doing this, and I can’t even tell you how powerful this is.
